The Pointe West Homeowners Association enforces the regulations and architectural controls for the community and provides for the physical maintenance and operation of the shared property through the Board of Directors.

According to the By-Laws, a Board of Directors is elected annually by the membership. Board members are empowered to conduct the affairs of the PWHOA and to carry out and enforce the provisions of the Covenants. In addition to protecting and enhancing the members' property values, an important objective of the Board of Directors is to foster a sense of community and camaraderie within the neighborhood.
